Dbanj in Court Over Unpaid Debt

MindHub Technologies has accused Dbanj of owing them the sum of N15M and an additional $240,000. The company claimed that Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo (popularly known as D'banj) actually issued them a check which bounced when they attemted cashing.

According to the letter writting by the Solicitors of Mindhub Technologies to Dbanj, it was noted that the artist signed a Personal Memorandum of Undertaking with the company where he agreed to pay  an investment fund of up to N100M.

Mindhub was said to have invested this fund into D Kings Media Limited, a company owened by the Nigerian Musician.

The case is currently at Lagos High Court for hearing.
